Summary cards line up on every screen

Cards in the same row share one height and wrap into an even grid on a laptop or a large monitor.

Improved
Whole dashboard

Once-a-year figures say which period they cover

When you pick a shorter range, a card measured only once a year shows the year's figure with a small Full year tag.

Improved
Whole dashboard

Clear guidance when your dates come up empty

Pick dates with nothing recorded and the page says so, then suggests a wider range. A trend chart that needs a few months of history asks for them the same way.

Improved
Overview

Weekly revenue bars run Monday to Sunday

Each bar on the weekly revenue chart is one calendar week, Monday to Sunday, and a Whole weeks note says so when the weeks do not line up with your dates. Tap the note to read it.

Coming soon

Your week, in your inbox every Monday

The Monday Brief is a short email that opens with three numbers: net revenue last week, appointments booked for this week and what missed appointments cost. Then comes one step to start with, the clients worth a call and the metrics that moved, with the date its numbers run through.

The Monday Brief is not going out yet. When sending starts, this page will say so.

Win back the clients who cancelled

The Clients page lists clients who did not rebook within two weeks of cancelling, Earned revenue sits beside Net sales, and the weekly briefing reads like a note from your operations lead.

New
Overview, Revenue

Earned revenue beside Net sales

Earned revenue counts treatments and products when the visit happens, plus membership and package benefits as clients use them. The card sits next to Net sales on Overview and Revenue, so earned and collected read side by side.

Improved
Overview

A weekly briefing in your operations lead's voice

The briefing reads like a note from your operations lead, covering what improved, what is slipping, what is at risk, where unused credit sits and one thing to watch next week.

Improved
Clients

Cancellations, no-shows and reschedules in one place

Cancellation rate, cancellations by type, new versus existing clients and no-show rate sit together below retention. A visit rebooked for the same service within two weeks counts as a reschedule, so the cancellation rate tracks the visits that did not come back.

Improved
Whole dashboard

Sort any table by any column

Click a column header to sort. The member list opens on the largest credit balance, sorting by next appointment brings clients with nothing booked to the top, and long lists page 50 rows at a time.

Improved
Clients, Revenue

Sharper heatmaps and an explained discount rate

Retention heatmaps use stronger contrast, and highlighted rows use a clear accent. The discount rate card explains how its percentage is calculated.

Every chart labels every category

Charts print a label for each category on the axis. On a narrow card the labels angle so each one fits.
